- Management of the modification of Layout of machines of the Finishing of Bars, aiming to guarantee continuous flow in the productive process.
- Management of the adequacy of utilities near the Entrance Control II – CSTT building.

- Management of the general stop for maintenance and design improvements in the VOD-1 System of Cell 1 – Steelworks.

- Technical and commercial management of equipment dismantling contract in São Caetano do Sul and transport to Sumaré / SP, including: 01 Atlas press (capacity 2.000 tons), 01 Demag ingot manipulator (weight 120 tons) and 04 Laminating kilns .
- Technical and commercial management of contract for dismantling of equipment in São Caetano do Sul, transportation to Sumaré / SP, refurbishment and electromechanical, civil and refractory installation of 07 furnaces of Forging Area.
- Technical and commercial management of contract for the general reform of the chemical stripping of the wire drawing, including: civil, mechanical, electrical and utilities – Sorocaba Plant / SP.
- Technical and commercial management of contract for general reform, adjustments and transfer of 03 cranes for Pindamonhangaba / SP Plant, with: BB-1 crane cap. 20/5 tons, Overhead crane – Forging Sector capacity 55/15 tons and bridge crane VIM – Steel Sector capacity 50/10 tons.
- Contract management for São Caetano do Sul transfer to Sumaré / SP, refurbishment and electromechanical installation of equipment (furnaces, machining equipment and production machines), production areas
- Cylinder Machining, Raw Finishing, Laminating Oven, Chemical Stripping, Machining & Fast Steel, Bar Finishing, Heat Treatment, Forging, Wire Drawing and Tract Station of Chemical Effluents.
- Management of expansion of the Steelworks Area, installation of VOD System and Degassing for steel refining, including: project planning, contracting, civil & electromechanical works, commissioning and start-up, at Sorocaba Plant / SP.
- Coordination of the Parade for General Maintenance of Laminated Train No. 5, including: planning, contracting, civil and electromechanical works – Sorocaba / SP.
- Management of the Special Wires Drawing Unit, including: project planning, dismantling of the Wire Factory, in Santo André / SP (purchased by the company), transfer of equipment to the Sorocaba Mill, renovation and expansion of existing Building for installation of equipment, civil works, general equipment reform, electromechanical assembly, commissioning and operational start-up.
- Coordination of the Rolling Mill Implementation – Rolling Mill Train No. 5, with a built area of 000 m², including: enterprise planning, basic and executive engineering, earthworks and infrastructure, civil, acquisition of national and imported equipment, electromechanical assembly, commissioning and operational startup.
